A practical, hands-on role. You will deploy and maintain AI agents across our property management and lettings operations, integrate our business platforms, automate workflows and build reliable AI systems that operate safely in a real business environment. This is not a pure research or model-training position.实操型岗位。你将为公司物业管理与租赁业务部署并维护 AI 智能体，整合业务平台、自动化工作流，构建可在真实业务环境中安全运行的可靠 AI 系统。这不是纯研究或模型训练岗位。
Key Responsibilities主要职责
- Deploy, configure and maintain AI agents for day-to-day business operations部署、配置并维护用于日常业务的 AI 智能体
- Build AI workflows for email handling, lettings, maintenance and document processing构建邮件处理、租赁、维修与文档处理的 AI 工作流
- Integrate platforms including monday.com, Slack, DPS and InventoryBase整合 monday.com、Slack、DPS、InventoryBase 等平台
- Evaluate and integrate different LLMs and AI APIs, cloud and locally deployed评估并整合云端与本地部署的各类 LLM 及 AI API
- Design security, access-control and permission policies for AI agents为 AI 智能体设计安全、权限与访问控制策略
- Ensure GDPR-aware data handling; implement backup, recovery, logging and monitoring确保符合 GDPR 的数据处理；实施备份、恢复、日志与监控
- Test workflows before deployment, monitor reliability and maintain technical documentation上线前测试工作流、监控运行可靠性并维护技术文档
Requirements任职要求
- Degree in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or Robotics人工智能、计算机科学、软件工程、数据科学或机器人学学位
- Professional experience in AI engineering, software engineering, automation or systems integration具备 AI 工程、软件工程、自动化或系统集成的专业经验
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents and APIs具备 LLM、AI 智能体与 API 的实操经验
- Strong programming skills — Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript扎实的编程能力 —— Python 和/或 JavaScript/TypeScript
- REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and third-party SaaS integrations熟悉 REST API、webhook、OAuth 与第三方 SaaS 整合
- Understanding of databases, cloud services, cybersecurity and backup strategies了解数据库、云服务、网络安全与备份策略
- Fluent Chinese required; good written and spoken English中文流利（必需），英文读写与口语良好
